Suzanne has a long Kentucky history. Born in Kentucky, graduate of UK, she earned a Masters in Speech Pathology from the U of Louisville, and is very active in Lexington's community. Her involvement has included: Alzheimer Association Board, UKArt Museum Board, Art in Bloom Board - UK Art Museum, Women and Philanthropy - UK, Wilderness Road Girl Scout Board, Volunteer Center of the Bluegrass Board, James and Suzanne Elliott Endowed Professorship at UK. Suzanne has been in the business for 35 yrs. She was the #1 Top Producer for 2020 and has been the #1 Top Producer for 22 yrs, and has Advanced Designations in Real Estate: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Lifetime Member Multi-Million Dollar Club. Suzanne has enjoyed a long and successful career helping buyers and sellers complete their goals. She has worked tirelessly to help her clients using the guiding principles of professionalism, fairness and honesty.
